- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
