Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Apple Cider
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Kombucha
- 1 piece Cinnamon Stick
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Build bourbon, apple cider, and lemon juice in a highball glass over ice.
- Top slowly with kombucha.
- Lift gently once with a bar spoon to combine without losing the bubbles.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
