Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 piece Edible Flower
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly and strain into a chilled flute.
- Top with Prosecco.
