Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Whole Egg
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake gin, syrup, and whole egg vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again until very cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe. Grate nutmeg over the top.
