Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Egg White
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into coupe. Dash bitters on foam for garnish.
