Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 3 oz Tonic Water
- 1 oz Champagne
- 3 pieces Cucumber Slices
- 1 piece Lime Wheel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add cucumber slices.
- Pour in gin and top with tonic water.
- Float champagne on top.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and lime wheel.
