Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- 3 pieces Cucumber Slices
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber in glass. Fill with ice.
- Add mezcal and lime juice. Top with ginger beer.
- Stir gently. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and lime.
