Ingredients
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1.5 oz Pimm's No. 1
- 3 pieces Cucumber Slices
- 2 pieces Strawberry Slices
- 1 piece Fresh Mint
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice, cucumber, and strawberry.
- Add Pimm's and top with champagne.
- Stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig.
