Ingredients
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 5 pieces Fresh Basil
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 piece Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Muddle basil with simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice. Shake well.
- Strain into glass over fresh ice.
- Top with club soda. Garnish with a basil sprig and pineapple chunk.
