- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 5 pieces Fresh Cilantro
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 2 oz Tonic Water
- 1 piece Pineapple Wedge
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Gently press the cilantro with lime juice and honey syrup in a shaker.
- Add pineapple juice and ice; shake and double-strain over fresh ice.
