Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3 pieces Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 pieces Fresh Mint
- 1 piece Pineapple Wedge
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Muddle pineapple chunks and mint in a shaker.
- Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
- Shake well and double-strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
