Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Water
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Mix using the old rhyme: one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak.
- Shake with ice. Strain over ice.
- Dash bitters and grate nutmeg on top.
