- 2 oz Aged Rhum Agricole
- 0.5 oz Cane Syrup
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Cut a disc of lime peel and squeeze it into the glass.
- Add cane syrup and swirl to coat the glass.
- Add ice and pour in the rhum agricole.
- Stir gently and serve with the lime peel.
