- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 piece Lime Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine Scotch, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and double strain into a chilled coupe.
