Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3 pieces Fresh Strawberries
- 8 pieces Fresh Mint
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, mint, lime juice, and simple syrup to a highball glass.
- Muddle until the strawberries release their juice, pressing the mint gently rather than shredding it.
- Add the white rum and fill the glass with ice. Stir briefly to combine.
- Top with club soda and give the drink one gentle lift with a bar spoon.
