Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Islay Scotch
- 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Stir rye whiskey, Islay Scotch, demerara syrup and bitters with ice until well chilled.
- Place one large ice cube in a rocks glass, then strain the drink into it.
- Express the lemon peel over the surface and rest it on the ice.
