Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Whole Egg
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake vodka, syrup, and whole egg vigorously.
- Add ice and shake hard until cold.
- Strain into chilled coupe. Grate nutmeg on top.
