Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Egg White
- 1 piece Orange Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake all without ice for 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
