Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Rum
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 8 pieces Fresh Mint
- 2 oz Coconut Water
- 1 oz Club Soda
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Muddle mint with lime juice and syrup in glass.
- Add rum, coconut water, and ice. Stir well.
- Top with club soda. Garnish with mint and lime.
