Ingredients
- 1 oz Cynar
- 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 piece Orange Peel
- 1 piece Maraschino Cherry
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine Cynar, rye whiskey, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Place one large ice cube in a rocks glass, then strain the drink into it.
- Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry.
