Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Fernet-Branca
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Whole Egg
- 1 piece Fresh Mint
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake Fernet, syrup, and whole egg vigorously.
- Add ice and shake hard until cold.
- Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a mint leaf.
