Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 piece Lime Wheel
- 1 piece Fresh Mint
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Fill a collins glass with crushed ice.
- Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Swizzle with a bar spoon until the glass frosts on the outside.
- Dash bitters on top and garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
