Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Egg White
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine mezcal, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker. Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass without ice. Top with club soda.
