Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Pear Juice
- 1 oz Elderflower Cordial
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Sparkling Water
- 1 piece Pear Slice
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine pear juice, elderflower cordial, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly and strain into a chilled flute.
- Top with sparkling water.
