Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Whole Egg
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake gin, lemon, syrup, and whole egg without ice.
- Add ice and shake hard for 30 seconds.
- Strain into highball glass (no ice). Top with club soda.
