Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Egg White
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake all without ice for 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled coupe. Dash bitters on foam.
