Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 drops Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 tsp Absinthe
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Discard excess.
- Stir rye whiskey, simple syrup, and bitters with ice.
- Strain into the glass. Garnish with expressed lemon peel — do not drop it in.
