Ingredients
- 2 oz Sloe Gin
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Egg White
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
