Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 piece Egg White
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 piece Lemon Wheel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake tequila, lemon, syrup, and egg white without ice.
- Add ice and shake again. Strain into highball (no ice).
- Top slowly with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
