Ingredients
- 2 oz Reposado Tequila
- 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
- 1 piece Whole Egg
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Dry shake tequila, agave syrup, and whole egg vigorously.
- Add ice and shake hard until cold.
- Strain into chilled coupe. Grate cinnamon on top.
