- 1.5 oz Aged Rum
- 0.5 oz Rhum Agricole
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Orange Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 0.5 oz Falernum
- 0.25 oz Allspice Dram
- 1 drop Angostura Bitters
- 1 piece Pineapple Chunks
- 1 piece Maraschino Cherry
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Combine all in shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Strain over crushed ice.
- Garnish with three cherries and a pineapple chunk on a pick.
