Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Ginger Syrup
- 0.25 oz Islay Scotch
- 1 piece Lemon Wheel
- 1 piece Candied Ginger
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Shake vodka, lemon juice, and honey ginger syrup with ice.
- Place one large ice cube in a rocks glass, then strain the drink into it.
- Float Islay Scotch on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger.
