- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
- 0.25 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 piece Candied Ginger
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Shake Scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup, and ginger syrup with ice.
- Place one large ice cube in the serving glass, then strain the drink into it.
- Garnish with candied ginger and a lemon peel.
