Ingredients

- 0.75 oz Apple Cider Vinegar Shrub
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Club Soda
- 1 piece Fresh Rosemary
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, shrub, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
