Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 3 oz Kombucha
- 1 piece Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Build mezcal, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a highball glass over ice.
- Top slowly with ginger kombucha.
- Lift gently once with a bar spoon to combine without losing the bubbles.
- Garnish with a pineapple chunk if desired.
