Ingredients
- 2 oz Champagne
- 1.5 oz Cognac
- 0.75 oz Triple Sec
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Sugar the rim of a chilled coupe glass.
- Shake cognac, triple sec, and lemon juice with ice.
- Strain into the prepared coupe glass.
- Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
