- 2 oz Cognac
- 0.75 oz Triple Sec
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 piece Lemon Peel
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Sugar the rim of a chilled coupe.
- Combine cognac, triple sec, and lemon juice in shaker with ice.
- Shake well. Strain into glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
